YOUR INFORMATION ON COMPANY CORE
Clear boundaries.
Better connections.
This notice explains how the company-account features use and display information. Official registry records have their own source and coverage information.
What is public
Approved company profiles display the registered company name, country, registration number, submitted region and city, website, description, offers, and collaboration interests. Do not put personal or confidential information into these fields. Profiles waiting for review, rejected profiles, and suspended profiles are not publicly available.
What stays in the account
Your login email, password hash, sessions, profile-review explanations, and appeals are not included in public company profiles. Passwords are hashed by the authentication system. Account access uses session cookies. Security controls use request information to limit abuse.
Business messages and reports
Messages are available to the participating company accounts. They are stored to provide conversation history and are not end-to-end encrypted. A moderator can see a message specifically attached to a report, along with the report explanation. Blocking a company prevents further messages in both directions but preserves conversation history.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel and account information is stored in the configured Turso database. Once connected, Resend sends account-confirmation and password-reset emails. These providers process the information necessary to deliver their respective services. No advertising trackers are added by the account features.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, disable incoming business messages, block a company, and log out. Submitted profile changes are reviewed before publication. To request removal of your company-managed profile or ask about account data, use the account data-request form in your workspace. Requests are reviewed by an administrator; relevant moderation evidence may need to be retained. Independent registry records are handled separately through their cited sources.
