THE WAY WE WORK TOGETHER
Good business.
Shared standards.
Company Core is a place for legitimate businesses to introduce themselves, exchange knowledge, and explore cooperation. Participation comes with responsibilities.
Community rules · Version 7 October 2026
1. Represent your business honestly.
Only create or claim a company profile when you are authorized to represent that legal entity. Use its accurate registered name, country, and registration number. Do not impersonate a company, exaggerate credentials, create duplicate profiles, or misrepresent an inactive business as trading.
2. Keep conversations professional.
Business introductions, sourcing, partnerships, practical assistance, and relevant knowledge-sharing are welcome. Respect a recipient’s decision not to engage. No harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, manipulation, unsolicited bulk messages, or repeatedly contacting someone who has blocked you.
3. Trade fairly and lawfully.
Do not use the network for scams, fraudulent offers, illegal products or services, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to steal credentials. Do not publish confidential customer information or sensitive personal documents. Members are responsible for checking counterparties and agreeing their own contracts.
4. Profile review is not an endorsement.
Email confirmation establishes access to an email account. A moderator separately reviews the company and the representative’s authority before a profile becomes public and messages are enabled. Approval does not guarantee reliability, solvency, product quality, or current trading status. Material profile edits return to review.
5. Report a specific problem.
Use “Report this profile” or “Report message” and describe the rule violation. Moderators can review a reported message and your explanation. Reporting alone does not add a strike. Bad-faith or coordinated false reports are themselves a rule violation.
6. Decisions, restrictions, and suspension.
Moderators review evidence and record an explanation. A confirmed report adds one strike. Three confirmed violations result in suspension; serious fraud, threats, or other urgent violations may lead to immediate suspension. Suspended company-managed profiles are hidden and business messaging is disabled. Independent registry records are preserved with their original source information.
7. You can appeal.
A suspended or rejected company can log in, read the reason, and submit an appeal from its workspace. Include relevant facts and the reason the decision should be reconsidered. A moderator can reinstate the company after review. Do not create another account to evade a suspension.
