DIRECTORY HELP
Find your way around.
How do I find a company?
Enter a name or keyword, choose a country and optionally narrow by region, city, industry and subcategory. Select Apply filters. Open a result to see its profile and available links.
Can I browse instead of searching?
Open Countries for an English A–Z index. Each country has region and local-area links plus an industry menu. Industries provides all 21 sectors and 88 subcategories, with 238 groups and 419 detailed ISIC activities in the classification reference.
Why do some categories have no results?
The classification is complete, but company collection is not. Empty results mean no imported record matches the current filters. Clear a filter or choose a broader location or industry.
Are detailed activities exact company filters?
Current company mappings use broad ISIC divisions. Detailed group and class pages explain the hierarchy and link to the broader company category. They do not claim that every listed company is classified to that exact activity.
Why is a website, phone number or email missing?
Only contact details present in the source are displayed. We do not generate email addresses, guess websites or fabricate social profiles.
Are these companies verified?
The records are imported from public sources and are not independently verified. Retrieved means when the source data was collected. It does not mean the company or its contact details were verified that day.
Can I claim or edit my company?
The claim dialog explains the intended ownership process. Claim submission and ownership verification are not enabled in this release, and opening the dialog does not submit information or grant editing rights.
How do I report an incorrect source record?
Open the Source record link on the company profile and follow that source’s correction process. COMPANY CORE does not yet provide a separate correction inbox or automatic refresh; a source correction will appear only after a later import.
Why are historical companies included?
A company may remain useful as a historical business record. Known dissolution statements are shown. A missing dissolution date does not prove that a company still operates.
What are demo profiles?
They are fictional examples available only through the separate demo filter. They are excluded from default real-company results and company sitemaps.
What information is collected by the claim dialog?
No claim information is submitted or collected by the dialog. Search filters appear in the page URL. Access to this hosted preview is managed by the hosting provider.
